Chili Cheese Bites

These Chili Cheese bites are the perfect little canape to serve to impress friends and family.
So simple to make yet so delicious especially served warm. They will be crispy on the outside and fluffy and flavoursome on the inside. We suggest serving them on sticks with sweet chili sauce. We have used feta cheese and fresh coriander, but why not try a combination of your own favourite cheese and herbs!

  • 1. Turn on your machine and allow it to pre-heat while you make your mixture.
  • 2. Add the eggs, milk and olive oil to a bowl and beat together.
  • 3. In a separate bowl mix the flour, salt, pepper, baking powder and paprika.
  • 4. Next gently mix the wet and dry ingredients together before adding in the feta cheese, chopped coriander and chili, lightly mixing them together.
  • 5. Once your machine is ready spray the baking plates with a little spray oil and add a heaped spoonful of mixture to each cavity.
  • 6. Close the machine and allow them to cook for 4-5 minutes before checking to see if they are ready.
  • 7. Remove them from the machine and serve immediately with your choice of dip!
