Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 120g of self-raising flour
- ½ tsp of baking powder
- ½ tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of smoked paprika
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 80ml of whole milk
- 60ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp of fresh chopped basil
- 120g of feta cheese, cut into small cubes
Instructions
- 1. Preheat Cake Pop Maker and mist with cooking spray.
- 2. In a medium-size bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, paprika, and a grind or two of pepper.
- 3. In a separate bowl, combine egg, milk, and olive oil. Add wet mixture to the flour mixture; quickly whisk until just combined, being careful not to overbeat.
- 4. Add basil and feta; lightly mix.
- 5. Spray the baking plates with a little oil and once the machine is hot enough add a spoonful of mixture to each cavity.
- 6. Close the machine and in 5-6 minutes you will have perfectly formed, delicious Onion Bhaji Pops.
- 7. The non-stick coating on the baking plates is that amazing that the pops can be easily removed without any mixture being stuck!
- 8. The machine can then be wiped clean with a damp cloth ready to be used again to cook your next batch!
